employer has a duty of care to ensure that electrical installations,
machinery and appliances are inspected and maintained to ensure that
they are safe.
We believe that every electrical installation should be inspected on a regular basis, however the frequency will vary depending on the type of installation. An office may need to be inspected once every 10 years while a workshop may need to be inspected every 5 years.
We are in the final staging of creating an electronic database which will house all inspection results, Certificates of Compliance and re-inspection dates.
